Is well-known that in a FM radio station, audio quality depends of the exciter and the STEREO CODER. Link Comunicaciones S.A. has a lot of experience in this kind of product because it was the first equipment that was made in our factory, about 25 years ago. Channels separation, the real distorsion absence and the higher signal / noise ratio secure a stereophonic sound quality, compatible with "Compact Disc".

The adoption of the digital method to get MPX signal, and to generate the pilot signal, confers guaranteed stability, omitting periodical adjustments. Some 7 poles audio input filters and a MPX output LC filter secure a higher spectral purity that become DIGITAL STEREO CODER specially compatible with R.D.S. coder .

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

· Normalized output of 3.5 V p.p. Z: < 20 ohms.

· Pilot signal output , to R.D.S Coders sincronizing.

· Electronic balanced input from 600 to 5000 ohms.

· R.D.S or S.C.A. subcarrier input.

· Less of 0.02 % distorsion.

· Signal / Noise ratio over 80 dB.

· Channels separation of 60 dB ( 1 KHz).

· LEDs bar level working signals, with sequencial measurement selection.

· 1 KHz low distorsion oscilator equipped, to self and other equipment calibration.
